Two piece dress, a solid colored slip under and a sheer wrap on top

Dress has two components. The first is a blue, solid colored slip, is not see through. The sheer, floral wrap dress goes over it. It ties in two places, on the inside and on the outside. The dress is calf length, and flows as you walk. Both pieces can be worn together or be used individually along with other pieces of clothing. It is a US size 8 and UK size 12. This has never been worn before.
