Two piece dress by Windsor that just Stuns!!

This dress is truly stunning, it's never been worn except to take this picture... colbalt blue, two peice...with and embroidered top the crisscross is in the back....material is super soft... 98% polyester with 2% spandex.. In all honesty I struggled parting with this one.. only reason I am is because don't really have use for it....got it on sale at Windsor for 103.00 willing to let it go for 85.00...says size 5 fits like a woman small.
