stephaniec36 @franticmissy waist is elastic and 13" laying flat Bust is 16" laying flat and length on skirt is 42" keep in mind the skirt is worn at your natural waist. I mean you can wear it however you want lol but just in case it seemed a little small and long. Hope that helps!
