Two piece skirt and blouse set

Brown and green bubble print shirt top with bell sleeves, collar with tie. Matching print A - line skirt with under skirt. The skirt has an elastic back on the waistband. This beautiful vibrant sheer blouse is 100% Polyester and the matching skirt has a 100% polyester shell with a 100% Polyester lining. Skirt is 30” long from waist to hem, 40” elastic back waistband, shirt is 19” from armpit to hem with 25” from shoulder to sleeve hem. Skirt size is 22/24 and the shirt size is 26/28.
