Two-Old Beauties of the West

Two original watercolors by brush. Mary Perry is now living in Newport, Oregon. She was bom in Northern Minnesota. Coming to the Oregon Coast in 1965 with her husband, they settled in Coos Bay, Oregon. He became a commercial fisherman. Raising two children, Valinda, and a son Chuck Watching her father being able to capture on canvas the visual enjoyments of life as a little girl, she was inspired and motivated to also do great things with her paintings. Later as a teenager she started painting in oils, feeling a sense of accomplishment. But the love of the outdoors that she has helps her capture the delight that she sees through her eyes in sketching old barns; and putting them into her own style for everyone to enjoy. Her goal is to put out a greeting card line.
