Two-Piece Skirt

Company: Flutter Dress NEVER USED/GREAT CONDITION. This is the Chalet Skirt top Set- with train as pictured. This dress is not customizable in how it's made, but it's flexible sizing. Can be worn on the shoulders, or off, just tighten the top by tying it smaller. Can be worn with the top tie in front or back. This dress is set to 5'8 height. Fits size 2-18, maternity and non maternity.
