angegem @nicolebrenner hi I purchased it from the two birds showroom in NYC...I'm 5'5 and wore about 3 inch heels (no alterations). The rosettes are the same fabric as the dress and it goes around the bottom of the dress. I wore it once for a wedding. I paid $500 with taxes...I'm sorry I won't sell for that offer.
