Two-piece fun set for girls, great for a neon birthday party!

This is a set. I made up myself. The top is Flowers by Zoe extra large 85% rayon 15% spandex. From shoulder to him is 14 1/2 inches, around the waist is 24 inches. The neckline is adorned with neon colored rhinestones and orange, yellow and pink, with an additional cobalt, blue rectangular stones and 3 reddish oval, for a total of 17 stones. It has some sheer paneling with some hot pink and other panels are black stretch fabric with neon pink, yellow flat metal squares and small metallic stones.
