This is a two-piece vest and wide-leg pant set. The following alterations were made in the pants: - added an elastic band on the back which provides additional snug on your waist - the length is hemmed ( not cut), so you can unhem it if you want it longer. Measurements (flat): Vest: PTP: 21” Vest Waist: 19” Vest length: 29” Pants: Pant waist: stretched: 18”; no stretch: 15.5” Pant length: 37.5” (+ additional 2.5” of hemline that can be added to elongate the pants )
