Foam cushioned insoles, cork and rubber soles and supportive wedge heel that is approx 3". Little to no wear on these beauties! Size 7 fits true to size. Purchased these and they are just a little small so I am REPOSHING them - I never wore them. Reposhing this item I purchased from @lisaanne916. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
