UGG Bailey Button Triplet II black suede shearling boot size 7

UGG Bailey Button Triplet II mid calf boot, size 7 Black suede with black shearling interior. Boot is in good structurally but I tried spraying them with weather protection and did a bad job. They are now patchy and feel rough in areas. I do not know if they can be fixed.
