wonkysmom @deanmorgan1 Inside is like new. Outside has some matting of suede but not as severe as pictures indicate. There is motteling on heel area but I'm not sure what is the shoe style and what is wear. Listing for daughter so I did not see them new. I have a new pair of shoes that look like this nut not sure if that is design for these Uggs. They are really cute.
