is the shaft/upper part of the boot the one that flops over? I'm looking for that one because I have an ankle injury and don't want the stiff upper part. thx

@sonrisa714 Yes, the upper part is soft / would flop. Pictures have spacers in them so that they are more photogenic / stand up.
