Super cute authentic Ugg booties but run narrow. I'm a size 9, wide foot and I should have gone up half a size. There is nothing wrong with them at all, only signs of wear is on the soles of the heels. I would say that these fit more like an 8 1/2. Heel is aprox 3 inches. Feel free to ask any questions!
