Reposhing this item I purchased from @belkee just a week ago. So bummed because I LOVE THEM! They appear to be in brand new condition. But they also seem to run at least a half size, maybe a full size, too small. After I tried them on, I went to ugg.com and many reviewers agree on the sizing. Great, cute, warm, stylish boots - but the 8 feels like a 7. In the pics, one boot is folded down as an example of your options. The tongue on both shoes are fully functional and can either fold down or remain in the up position.
