UK STYLE size L dress/tunic multicolored polkadot

UK STYLE size L dress/tunic multicolored polkadot pattern. Can be worn as dress or as tunic. Deep scoop neck but middle piece can be tucked under bra or tank top to give it a different look. I believe it use to have a weight sewn in.
