ULTRA RARE Luella for Target party dress! 😮

This fun piece is from the one-and-only Luella Bartley for Target collection - vintage! Worn only twice! Lined, with a taffeta pouf. It is strapless with a gorgeous and flattering bow on bodice. The zipper is broken but can easily be fixed! This dress is IMPOSSIBLE to find! The size is marked 1, but I would say it’s more of a 2. Can fit 0 as well. Don’t miss it!!
