Hand crafted in Italy, the 125MM high-top sneaker is presented in flat Italian calf leather. Artfully constructed with hand painted edges and key clochette. Heel handle is constrcuted of organic, hand painted bamboo. The shoe comes with gold plated hardware featuring handle anchors and signature lock. Rubber sole guarantees durable traction. 125 millimeters in height.

Hi! I double checked just to be sure, still only ONE key/ leather holder, in a separate pouch as it usually are from BUSCEMI, in the box. The shoes are not complete without the second key/holder. As you understand I do need the shoes to be complete. Fyi; I am not looking for any monetary compensation. I am super happy to have these in the first place so would appreciate enormously to get hold of the missing one. I see you still have the size 38 up for sale so in worst case as a replacement...?

Just a quick question: What do we hope to achieve reaching out to Poshmark? They will either say they checked it, (which they obviously haven't done properly...or they will not admit they lost the missing one.) For me, it is clearly that the mistake is either on Poshmark or the you as I did not receive the complete set. I really need to get what I did paid for and since you have another pair you could easily send me the missing key/holder and solve this with Poshmark, or Buscemi.

@deeluxe66, I understand your frustration. Please be patient while I am trying to confirm with Poshmark what went wrong. If they are able to locate the missing key, they can either return it to me or forward it to you since I do not have your direct mailing or contact information. The label only directed me to forward the shoes to Poshmark and there is no secure way for us to exchange details on this site without me violating their selling policies.

I need to cover all bases before I decide to essentially “damage/devalue” the remaining pair by sending you a key that belongs to it. Please understand my perspective as a small business owner. I am not the Buscemi corporation so I cannot easily afford to send you the replacement key at the expense of losing the value on another item without doing my due diligence first. Please trust, I am equally upset about the inconvenience this has created for us both.
