Looks crisp but feels soft! Lots going on in this blue and white striped high-lo peasant style button up shirt. Textured fabric is 65% cotton 35% poly. Distinctive style with the billowy sleeves with a ruffle trim at the shoulders. Deep side vents. Long sleeves have single button close. Oversized Small for lightweight, easy wear. Please see phots for approximate tape measurements. One underarm needs a few stitches to tighten up where it loosening (last photo) but great condition overall!
