UNCUT Vintage 1960s McCalls 8207 Sewing Pattern Toddler Girls Size 3 Dress Top Pant Shorts Vintage Fashion Designer Pattern Size: 3, 3T B: 22" W: 20.5" Year: 1967 Fashion Designer Helen Lee - Child's Dress, Top or Shirt, and Pants or Shorts and Applique. Sleeveless dress and top, front buttoned shirt with elbow length set-in sleeves, and long pants or shorts with elastic in casing at back waistline. Dress, top and shirt have faced bias pocket, appliqued flower and embroidered stem and leaves on left font. Neck and armholes of dress and top are bound with bias self fabric. Buttoned opening in back of dress is interfaced and dress has inverted pleat at center front, stitched part way. Shirt collar has self fabric corded piping in facing seam This piece is vintage and has external wear to the packaging which does not affect the overall use of the item.
