Vintage 1980s Butterick 3369 Sewing Pattern Size 4 Toddler Dress & Jumper UNCUT Size 4 ( Modern Size 4 toddler ): B- 23" W- 21" H- 24" Dress & Jumper. Dress two inches above mid-knee with self hemline ruffle has front and back gathered into front and back bodice, shaped collar with purchased lace trim, front buttoned opening, full length sleeves gathered at cap and elasticized at wrist forming self ruffle. Jumper three inches above mid-knee with purchased ribbon bow trim has square neckline, front and back gathered into front and back yokes, back buttoned closing, cut-away armholes with self ruffle.
