there are a bunch of ways you can configure this. sleeves, collar are detachable. also the main part of the garment is divided into two portions that are detachable from each other (you can see from the photo of the back how this works) and one of my favorite ways was to detach them and then reattach to make a giant oversized vest. such a cool piece. no marked size thag i can see but fits like a small M, probably best fit for a S
