This is highlighting a negative selling experience for me after an item was sent to Poshmark for authentication and released to a buyer with a missing accessory. The buyer DID NOT report the item was received without the accessory even though Poshmark allows for buyers to dispute if an item was not received as described. The buyer is blaming me for not doing his due diligence before the window for filing a dispute closed. I am yet to receive a response from Poshmark.

fashiontraphaus @deeluxe66 You are attempting to shift the blame to me for Poshmark's lack of response to my inquiry on your behalf. It was your sole responsibility as the buyer to report the item as being incomplete within the timeframe before the sale was deemed as final. It is out of my control to attempt to give you a refund especially when Poshmark has already deducted their commission from the sale. I tried my best to help and you rewarded me with harassment and accusations of being dishonest.

fashiontraphaus @deeluxe66 what you are doing is nothing short of bullying and it's extremely unfair and shameful. I really tried to help you but for some strange reason you thought I was obligated to do more than I did to try to make this a positive buying experience for you. You had unrealistic expectations and your sense of entitlement is deplorable. Shame on you!

deeluxe66 @fashiontraphaus Bottom line; I paid for a COMPLETE set of these goods as advertised/pictured from you as a seller and did NOT receive what I paid for... and you as a seller blame me for having unrealistic expectations..? I should NOT get what I paid for??? Unrealistic???

(which I in all honestly do NOT know if it is you or them that has made the error... the only thing I can see from my side is that when the shoes arrives to me one of the key/ holders is missing. Which I explain to you...) You now tell me I am bullying you?

deeluxe66 @fashiontraphaus There was so many times that I reached out to you with requests for you to reply...and I waited several days for you to get back to me... BEFORE giving you MY take on MY experience with YOU as seller. You also blocked me to get back to you further investigating if you where still interested to solve the situation, but you just go off the radar... and expect me doing what? Give you a good review?

Please kindly refrain to continue contact me unless you have a solution to make this right, (I will then adjust my evaluation), and IF you take your responsability as a seller.) If you continue being this aggressive, THAT would truly BE harasment from your side since nothing good would come out from it.... and I now clearly asked you leave me alone here.

fashiontraphaus @deeluxe66 take your concern up with Poshmark or your credit card company as you should have done in addition to me making the inquiry on your behalf. Of course I wanted you to get what you paid for! It’s unfair how you are trying to blame me when I sent all accessories to you. Why would you not contact them directly??? Proof of my correspondence with them is in the images and I followed up with you to let you know I was not getting a response from them. I still have not!

fashiontraphaus @deeluxe66 Your unrealistic expectations were hoping I can refund you when it would not have been possible to recover the commission Poshmark deducted. Also, I made attempts to contact you via email and YOU never responded. I included my contact information in a card I sent you and you stated you never received it which should be another indication that Poshmark is at fault for removing items I included with your purchase.

fashiontraphaus @deeluxe66 It’s incredible that I put priority on your case when I was actually dealing with 2 deaths in my family while recovering from a car accident. I have tried maintain professionalism because I believe my personal life should never affect business. I approached this matter from your perspective with empathy. You should have directed your passive aggression towards Poshmark and contacted them as well since there was hardly anything I could do to get them to respond without your input.

pepsicolapuss @deeluxe66 you would have had a better chance of resolving this yourself with Poshmark by messaging them when you received the incomplete purchase. As long as you say something within 3 days you would be able to get a refund or a solution. Poshmark doesn't care after that timeframe. They take their 20% commission and smile all the way to the bank. There's nothing sellers can do when they're the middle man.
