To the best of my research, there are only 2 of this exact bag in existence; the other being in Japan. This could have been a runway bag. Cream Pebbled Leather Exterior with Cognac Leather Handles. Note the "arrow"-shaped handle cover ends. I've never seen this handle covering before and you cannot find it anywhere. Goldtone Hardware Metallic-type Brown Interior, Very Clean.
