thriftedbell @kcway15 There is not a huge flare at the bottom! They are more boot cut like, but they do have a little flare to them.

thriftedbell @kcway15 I put the pants on and they sit on my hips and not at my natural waist. So, take 15 in. and double that, so then they would be 30 in. all around, since they closer to the hip! Like I said previously, I got 15 in. measuring the pants from side to side, laying flat, so I doubled that number! Hope that helps!
