@benlow29 depending on which Bottoms you wear really . If you were wearing a cami and a black skirt or pants I would wear black underneath to not break your Figure at the waist. If you are planning to wear just a Bra underneath, wearing red would make it look like a set, the black bra would be a bit more "saucy" Really no wrong answer here!
