User sent $180 to buy 2 pairs of UGGS, which is $180. A couple of days before the shoes got to me, I logged onto my 🅿️🅿️ & saw that my account is on -$180 (+20 chargeback fee). 🅿️🅿️ customer service was called & they told me that the CARDHOLDER did not authorize the payment, AFTER I have already withdrawn that money to my bank account and paid for the shoes. | Instead of her requesting a refund, she marks the payment as UNAUTHORIZED. Now I'm coming out of pocket for shoes that are bought.

shaye2012 Wow, I know exactly how Tht feels. Try having your account $-430. There were some new Jordan's that dropped that I bought for my BF. I didn't know he had the old pair and wasn't too interested in the new ones. So I figured I'd sell them. Guy offered me $400 +$30 for overnight shipping. He got the shoes and turned around and said he didn't authorize the payment. I still owe 🅿️🅿️ and I refuse because it's so not fair he made away with the shoes and I'm out of the money and shoes.
