UO Black Cocktail Dress

Sexy little black number from Double in Brass for Urban Outfitters. 4 straps that go over each shoulder, cut out in back with hook closure. Perfect condition, never worn. This dress is really classy and expensive looking, so well made and the material is like a chiffon. My butt/hips were just too big for the XS and I slacked on exchanging it years ago, so it’s just been hanging in my closet. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m 37” in hips/butt, would recommend for under 36”.
