UO Black Lace Dress with Bell Sleeves

Adorable witchy vibes from this black lacy dress. Brand is Staring at Stars which I believe is an Urban Outfitters brand. Size small. Lace is over a black slip, but the flare sleeves are see-through. Has some stretch. Scoop neck. So cute but no longer fits me in the back. Please see measurements and keep in mind that the lace runs a little longer than the actual slip.
