UO Chelsea Rain Boots

Black rubber rain boots from Urban Outfitters, purchased years ago. Chelsea style boot with elastic fabric makes slipping on and off super easy. Wore them on rainy/snowy days in NYC with no issues, keeps your feet dry and looks fashionable! Excellent condition. No rips or defects. No longer needed as I am trying to downsize my closet. Made in Portugal. Size 38 but runs small (I am a size 6.5-7 and it fits great).
