UO Floral Skirt - with pockets!

Cotton skirt with versatile floral pattern in red, tan, navy, and black. Includes sturdy pockets, great flounce to the material. Waist stretches to 16", about 13" comfortably. Fits more toward XS than M. I've gotten a lot of good wear out of this it just doesn't really fit my lifestyle anymore and would love to pass it on!
