UO Harper Lace Printed Midi Dress (XL but runs small: more of a M or S)

Hi! NWT dress from UO. Never worn. This dress ran very small. I am normally a Large so I sized up and the XL at the time of purchase and didn’t fit. This may be suitable for someone that wears a M or a S. You can see the length under the bust is 13 inches (so you can compare to a dress you own to ensure this one will fit).
