7lungs @lenalenalenale hi there! That is a typo— I apologize! 16’’ measures from the top of the shorts to the bottom/crotch seam. There is no inseam length for the shorts. I hope that makes sense? Let me know if it doesn’t or if you have any other questions!

7lungs @lenalenalenale yes, they are quite short depending on how high you wear them. I will add photos from the original Urban Outfitters photos online to give you an idea! They are flowy enough to look like a mini skirt.
