UO Monica Smocked Off-The-Shoulder Midi Dress

Smocked off-the-shoulder midi dress from Urban Outfitters. Made from a plaid fabrication in a fit + flare construction with a button-down front. Topped with an off-the-shoulder neckline + smocked bodice. Finished with a midi skirt bottom that features slit detailing. Bought from another Posher. It's in great condition but a little small on me.
