UO Navy button up speckle dress

Flowy navy blue dress purchased from Urban Outfitters with floral-like speckles all over. Buttons all the way up in the front and has two little pockets at the top. Has a collar and can be buttoned all the way up to the neck or left open. Looks so cute with ankle booties. Flattering fit, size small, good condition, no damage.
