UO Penelope Plaid Paperbag Waist Miniskirt Size Small

Plaid skirt from Urban Outfitters. Brown plaid. Buttons off to the side. Tie at waist (not attached, can be removed if you want). Waist is pleated in front and has elastic in back. Great condition- only issue is that you can see where the tag is sewn in on the back of the skirt (see last pic). You could probably remove the tag carefully with a seam ripper if it bothers you. Size Small Waist- 12.5” across Hips: 16.5” across Width at hem: 20” across Length: 17”
