UO Silence + Noise black/blue mesh skater dress XS

This dress is in excellent condition. It's from urban outfitters. The bottom is lined, and top is unlined. So every other strip is mesh, which shows a little skin but not too much! I modeled this W a black bra on and it looks normal. It's stretchy and fitted on top and then flares out on bottom.
