UO Sparkle and fade blue chiffon dress

This blue dress has a v back cut and ends around 3 inches above the thigh. On the sides from the hips to the floor are two pieces of chiffon material that gracefully embraces your legs. Zipper is in the back. Runs a bit bigger than a regular 4 and it's a bit hard to take pics for but let me know if you'd like anything else. It's new without tags and never worn.
