UO Staring at Stars Skirt

This is a black tiered crochet mini skirt by Staring at Stars for Urban Outfitters. Elastic waist, scalloped detailing at hem, lined half way down the skirt. In excellent used condition with no flaws. Stock photo is similar skirt in different color (it fits much longer than on the model—use measurements). Laying flat waist is 14.5” unstretched/ 20” stretched, length is 21” for the outer lace and 15” for the lining
