UO Strapless patterned dress

This strapless rayon dress is from Urban Outfitters. The pattern is bright and catches the eye but it’s nicely broken up by the blue body of the dress. The dress zips on the side but there is also smocking on the back that allows for some stretch. Model: 5’10, 140lbs
