UO T-Shirt Dress

This is a super cute Cheap Monday Dress I bought at Urban Outfitters. Its called the dart dress. It's nice bc the snaps give it a waist. has two small (coffee?) spots, see last photo. Otherwise EUC. Measurements are as follows. The waist placement is slightly higher than the natural waist at 15" below shoulder. Is one size too small for the dressform (dressform is a 6/8). Length: 33.5" front, 32.5" back Bust: 44" Waist (snapped): 32" Waist (unsnapped): 44" Hip:43"
