@arocknation hi! it’s pull on and the elastic band at the waste is very stretchy. I think it may be one size? But I typically wear L or M skirts and it fit me perfectly, also had friends borrow who are like M-XL and it fit great on them too. For Small it may be a little long. But probably still fit the elastic waste makes it very versatile!
