robyrob @sarahclise hi! UO means urban outfitters. I bought it from a fellow posher and only wore it once. It's in great condition, and you are able to see the the black waist band at the top. It's a light green almost pastel green like I'm the picture.

robyrob Material is possibly a Cotton / polyester mix, but not sure. There are is no stretch to the waist, but the skirt material itself is stretchy
