UO shiny leggings 🖤

These Urban Outfitters shiny black leggings 🖤 in size M are super cute and moderately stretchy. The waist is approximately 26”, so I consider them a size small, but they are actually a medium so if you fit a medium in the brand, go with what you know. (I think Silence + Noise runs small.)
