UO striped cut out dress

This dress is fantastic! Navy and white striped print, Cut outs on each side of waist area, slight sweetheart neckline, The cups are very very slightly padded so you could possibly wear this without a bra if you don't need much support. My favorite part, the adorable navy buttons all the way up the back giving that little something special! Size 4 fits like a S – M. Never worn. NWOT (The last photo is the same dress in a different color so you can see the cut outs. That one's been sold already)
