UO tie shoulder strap romper

Beautiful teal/blue relaxed-fit woven romper with V-neck and plunging V-back. Has interior lining and shoulder straps can be re-tied to adjust to your liking. Side has hidden zipper. I usually wear size 2 at urban but this is a little small on me.
