Nwt Urban Decay bright and tight primer. The concept for this primer is to lead your skin to being brighter, to add glow, and pay off with tighter feeling skin. Simply apply all over skin before foundation or powder and you are set. This formula has a pearlescent effect with what Urban Decay calls a subtle opal shift that makes skin look healthy and radiant but not shiny. I will steer those of you away with dry skin to another primer this is more for combination skin and above in my opinion.
