Purchased from Urban Outfitters and it is the Payton Dress by Kimchi Blue in the color Poppy (gorgeous bright tomato red-orange!) Size XS & runs true to size. I'm a size 2 and 5'4 and it fits me perfectly. This dress would be so gorgeous for vacations, I wore it for 4th of July at the beach one year and got so many compliments!
