Hi! What is the length of this and the width of the waist laying flat? Also, is it stretchy?

@stylesbycori I’m not home but I can try to get this info in the next day or two! If it helps I’m typically a size 24 waist, and I’m 5ft tall. It fits me really good, tight on waist but stretchy. It’s definitely short, to top/ mid thigh
