US Army Vintage Military Button Up Jacket BELIEVED Small 3 sm barracks sewn hole

This was either a friend of mines who was in the 10th mountain or my sisters who was in the reserves for 25 years. I believe it is a small, but it could be a medium. I did not notice the three small holes (that have been barracks sewn) until I turned the jacket inside out. As Is, please do not buy it if it scares you.
